Training review

Here's a long list of what I've been up to the past week and a half or so:-

10 minutes AMRAP of 100kg Back Squats
Completed 47 reps.
*Note: This was hard! Had to rest two days after this particular WOD.

Total of 395.5kg

5 minutes AMRAP KB Snatch @ 24kg - Completed 78 reps.
Rest 2 minutes, followed by
5 minutes AMRAP KB C&J @ 24kg - Completed 48 reps.
